1- Order Confirmation and Payment:

  • Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of 50% advance payment. Until this is made, no orders will be processed or shipped.

2- Cancellations:

  • We do not allow cancellations once the order is confirmed and payment is made.

3- Refunds:

  • Since all products are specifically sourced for you, we do not offer refunds.
  • Refunds are only applicable in the rare case of failure to deliver within the promised timeline or for defective/damaged items.

4- Returns:

  • Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged or defective. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return process.
